Emergency Preparedness (EP) Day is an interactive, community-centered event hosted during Emergency Preparedness Week during the first week of May, focused on public safety and preparedness. EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Exhibitors are an integral part of EP Day, helping to deliver a fun, engaging, and informative experience for the community. This is an excellent opportunity to interact directly with attendees, share expertise, and provide valuable resources to promote emergency preparedness and safety.
Key Details for Exhibitors:
● Interested exhibitors must submit an Exhibitor Application Form
● Exhibitors will be selected based on their relevance to the event’s objectives and theme
● Notifications of selection will be sent via email
● All exhibitors will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the location host as co-insured for the duration of the event

Yes, free parking is available in Parking Lot 13 at Lambton College, located at the north end of the building near the soccer field.
The charity BBQ is part of the event, with proceeds supporting The Rotary Club of Sarnia.
EP Day will proceed rain or shine. Indoor exhibits will be held in the main gym at Lambton College, and outdoor activities will take place as planned unless severe weather conditions arise.
