Michelle joined BASES in 2022 as a recent graduate from Athabasca University's Bachelor of Commerce program with a previous CPET diploma from Lambton College. Michelle has experience working in local industry as a process operator and has made a personal commitment to help build a safer community through the courses she facilitates through the BASES Safety Partnership. When not at work, Michelle likes to keep busy outdoors playing soccer, competing in triathlons, sailing, and sharing those experiences with her family.
