With BASES since 2017, Steve Baker brings a strong understanding of Sarnia's health and safety culture, having been born and raised in the community. Before joining BASES, Steve built a 25+ year career in health care, specializing in occupational health and disease. Now serving as Manager, Training Operations and Instruction, he oversees the coordination and delivery of BASES training programs and supports the effectiveness of the team of instructors. Outside of work, Steve is a lifelong sports enthusiast who enjoys staying active, following his favorite teams, and spending time with family and friends.
