Steve Butterfield has worked in local industry in various capacities over the years, gaining valuable experience that helped him transition into a Safety Instructor position with the BASES Safety Partnership in 2015. Since then, he has continued to grow within the organization, now serving as Manager, Training Programs & Partnerships. In this role, Steve oversees the development and delivery of BASES� training programs, supports the professional growth of the instructor team, and builds partnerships that strengthen workplace safety and compliance across Sarnia-Lambton. His goals remain centered on improving safety culture through high-quality training and collaborative initiatives. Outside of work, Steve enjoys playing music and spending time with family and friends.
